Description

Glass salesman sample sign advertising Motor Stokor, which was a line of anthracite mechanical furnace and engine stokers that was helpful in advancing modern automatic heating. It is made with glass and printed graphics depicting furnace parts, and it is enclosed in a hard leather container. It states "Motor Stokor," "Worms tend furnace," "Automatic Ash removal into sealed containers" and "Coal flows direct from bin to fire." The gear-shaped O's were part of the logo.
