Double-faced, arrow-shaped, sheet metal sign cabinet featuring yellow and green neon. Each letter was hand-painted underneath the neon, on the cabinet/sign face. Carroll Cosmetics, most likely Carroll Cut-Rate Cosmetics Company, opened in 1925 and offered a selectin of perfumes, skin creams, lipsticks and a variety of other toiletries. they are now known as Carroll Cut-Rate Furniture and sell a wide range of appliances and furniture items.Collection
