Description

Handmade wooden sign kit has two upper shelves--one with a divider. Entire upper shelf has metal tray with dividers and is filled with various vintage brushes. Lower shelf has two metal trays on left side of kit, packed wit more brushes and sign-painting materials and tools. Bottom open half of a kit has other materials and tools as well as several jars containing mineral spirits, etc.  The front of the kit is removable and held in place with a single nail at top left.  Right side of kit has two holes to hold a metal paint can bracket. Rack can also be used to stretch women's stocking across for straining paint before use.  Clothespins hold the stocking in place. (See also 2015.0022.0002 and 2015.0022.0003)
