2019.1.2.1-5Description
Set of five stoneware animals/hares. The five pieces are made up of one large hare and four smaller. All five are glazed in a light green glaze with hints of the stoneware showing; this creates a vertical lined texture throughout all the pieces. All the hares have long ears pointing up. The largest also has indents for eyes. All the hares are thin in width, possibly made with slabs. Three smaller hares are similar in shape and style, while the fourth is smaller and more curved. Of the smaller piece, one has a nose pointing up, two are parallel to the ground, and the smallest has a nose pointing toward the ground.Type of Sculpture
