Harbor scene with two sail boats at the dock, with pier houses, and sky. Colors used are mostly blues (water and sky), whites (sails, houses, and sky), greens (water and trees in the background), grays and browns. The two main pier houses at the center are orange and red on the left and pale yellow on the right. The rest of the buildings in the background are shades of gray. The boats have tall brown masts with white flags at the top. The water is still with reflections of the masts and buildings. It is signed in the lower right corner, "R.B.
