Seven figures, four are presumed to be males. Text is written across the upper portion of work. The scene appears to be in a novelty shop of some sort, table extends from the upper central left border, a lady is trying on shoes with an attendant, a woman is wearing a mask that is hanging on her head with a streamer, a man is trying on a falso nose, a man is trying on a mask, a woman shown at the bottom with a man is looking on what could be a theatre group. Thought to be a political satire.
