Description

In this painting, there is a yellow house coming from the left side of the painting. The house has two long rectangular, one small square, and one diamond orange framed window. There is a man in a suit and hat at the front porch of the house with his back to the viewer. There are two large white trees in front of the house along the right side and one tall brown and green tree in the background. There are concrete steps in the foreground leading off the frame. There is a metal plate on the front that reads "Ruthven H. Byrum 1896 - 1958".
