1990.3.2Description
Imagery is overlapping, boxes within boxes, so to speak. The central box located at the center of the picture plane contains an image of a fish head (fleshed) and a fish spine, and a couple of cactus plants. The larger surrounding box contains an image of a large fish; like the central box's image, this large one is oriented vertically at the center of the picture plane. The larger image is surrounded by patterned, multi-colored imagery that looks somewhat like curtains and suggests Southwest Native American culture. Piece unsigned. Watermark (B.K.Rives) appears UR.Collection
