Black and white resingrave engraving of five chickens sitting on a front porch chair. Three of the chickens are on the seat of the main chair and one is on each arm. There is another empty chair to the viewer's left with the bottom of a window just above it. There is a screen door behind the center chair. The sun is casting heavy shadows as seen with the chair legs. The seven deadly sins are written throughout such as "ire" in the window and "envy" and "sloth" in the shadows of the chair legs. Signed "J. Bruns '18" in pencil in the bottom right corner. Edition 3/9.Collection
