Description

Oil painting of a heron. The heron is in the immediate foreground. The bird is standing on a small branch and looking down toward the lower left corner. The branch is small and coming from the lower right corner. There is a red and white bobber strung around the left end of the branch. The heron itself is mostly grey with blue at the top of its wing, on its head, and its underside. It's legs are long and thin. It also has a long orange beak. The heron and branch are extended over the river. There is foliage in the upper left corner and across the horizon line in the background. There are thick white and purple clouds above the trees which are also reflected in the water. Signed "KLUESNER 2019" in a dark blue paint in the lower right corner.
