Description

Watercolor and gouache on medium-weight watercolor paper with no watermark. The image depicts a field of flowers with trees in the background and the sky above. The foreground is dominated by a large clump of flowers and grasses, etc., with blue cornflowers and small sprays of magenta flowers. The painting is signed in the lower-left corner in rose gouache, "R. Oslund." En verso: some very light pencil sketching appears and paint smudges, other wise no markings.
