1989.6.14Description
Image of what appears to be a European village, its narrow streets deserted except for one man in the left foreground. Houses line both sides of the street. Houses are tall and narrow, but none are more than three stories high. In the distant background, the street appears to make a turn to the left. Where the street turns there is a woman walking between two telephone poles which dominate the background. House in the left foreground is of Bavarian-style architecture. Its doorways are arched and there are awnings over the second-floor windows.Acquisition
