Sketch of a small desk /study table with book. There is a clover leaf design on the side of the desk which is facing the viewer. A chair is pulled up to the desk but not pushed in. Light is coming in from the bottom left casting a chair shadow on the wall. Label on back "1912 / Waterson, William John." Unsigned.
