Description

Unsigned picture of two shoes in a multi-colored field surrounded on two sides by a dark blue monochromatic field. Shoes appear to be nonfunctional and decorative in nature--typical urban attire. The upper left shoe is in shades of purple; the middle left shoes is a golden tone. Both shoes appear to be in a fabric space that is suggestive of a bed, though its lines are much freer and appear to float in the blue color field that makes up most of the pictorial plane. Paper is good quality bearing the watermark "Arche" in the lower right corner.
