The focal tree is a golden yellow with a pink tree to its right and a small green tree to the right foreground. Bushes are located on the left side of the stream and a rocky bank. The scene appears to be early autumn. It is signed and dated "G. A. Miller 1926" in pencil in the lower right corner.
