Lithograph print and ink drawing. A mechanical man made of metal with cigar in mouth wearing a long black coat with puffed sleeves. He is wearing a white pilots hat and knee high black boots. There is a white strap hanging over his right shoulder with two hand guns holstered at knee height. He is also wearing glasses and has two small white bat like wings. There is a grouping of metals over his heart. Across his lap is scepter. Coming from his neck, and the only color, is a red rope that is in a knot half way through. In front of the man is a tall pole with a piece of pic sitting on top and at face height with the man. The man's head is not proportionate, much smaller, than the rest of his body.
