1989.6.16Description
Image of flooded streets. The viewer is looking down a long street of water. Can see two telephone poles, both bent oddly and three tall poles on the left of the street. In the foreground on left is a dark building, possibly a commercial establishment. Beyond this and on the same side of the street is a row of what might be a single-family dwelling and maybe an apartment house at the end of the street. On the right side, there is a house in the foreground. There is a two-story structure with one window on the lower floor and none on the upper. Beyond that, a tree is growing but the rest of the outlines are indistinct.Acquisition
