Oil on academy board. Image depicts a figure fishing in a pond. The pond is in the left foreground as well as a road. The road curves along the left side of the pond into the background. To the left of the road is a large tree. Beyond the pond is a field with more trees in the background. Beyond is sky with white clouds. The figure is sitting along the bank of the pond just left of the center. The painting is signed in the lower left corner in black paint and is partially obliterated but reads "Ferdy (?) G. Walker."
