Pastel portrait of a man sitting in a chair. His body is facing the viewer's left but he is looking at the viewer, though eyes are a little downcast. His right elbow is on the chair and his right hand is resting on his cheek. The man is older with a gray beard and hair and balding on top. He looks to be in a suit. The drawing is on a tan paper and signed Hinshaw in black pastel in the BRC.
