These programs were given to guests at the first "An Evening in The West" event in 1997. R.W. Hampton was one of the attractions at the event, along with Jeff Anslinger and others. The event's mission was to help raise funds for the Andrew County Museum. The event was held at the gymnasium of Savannah High School, where performers would take the stage and perform for the audience in attendance. This event brought not just Andrew County together; it brought communities from other counties, including Buchanan, together.
