The first edition of "Diggin' History" was published in July, 1977, in the hopes of bringing news about the museum, exhibits, events, and much more. It was uncertain how well the museum supporters received the newsletter in the beginning, however, it turns out that the newsletter was well liked. The museum continues writing newsletters to help keep supporters informed, however, the newsletter is under a new name now, "Andrew County Museum Newsletter."
The first Diggin' History was announced in July 1977. The newsletter mentions the Marx Cabin, family history, and marriages in 1856.Lexicon
