Harry Duncan donated to the Andrew County Historical Society and the museum throughout his life. This included donating a large sum to help complete the Andrew County local history book. This is a letter from the Harry Duncan Foundation on May 18, 1980, addressed to the Andrew County Historical Society. Included with this letter was a $1,000 check to be used to help pay for the local history book. Mr. Duncan did this as a gift in honor of Ina Wachtel. This is a photocopy of the original letter.
