2023.ACM.45Description
Ina Wachtel was a prominent figure within Andrew County. She dedicated her time to preserving the history of Andrew County. Pictured here, Mrs. Wachtel is giving a tour and teaching students a small portion of Andrew County's history. Field trips to museums were not uncommon, and Andrew County Museum held field trips at its old location at the Clasbey Center and continues to support education through school trips.
This is a photograph of Ina Watchel in the Clasbey Center Museum with a group of students. Ina looks to be showing something to the students but none of the students appear to be paying attention. There is wood paneling on the walls in the background. The four girls sitting in front of Ina look to be sitting on a stage. With two other girls standing behind them on the stage. There are two girls and two boys standing behind them. The photo is dark because of the wood paneling and dark brown carpet.Photograph Details
