This is a photo of the groundbreaking ceremony of the Andrew County Museum Harry F. Duncan building. The groundbreaking happened at the end of April 1988. The people in this photo are members of the Andrew County Historical Society, the mayor of Savannah, and Harry Duncan. They are standing in the spot where the museum would be built. The area they are standing in is dirt and dead grass. There is a brown pickup truck behind the man in the tan coat to the far right. 14 people are in this photo, and there are some houses in the background of the left side of the photo.
