1955 Chris-Craft Kit Boat Meteor model "Hellie". Assembled. No motor. Decking and frames are made of mahogany, and all the fittings are brass. Boat kits came complete with written instructions, detailed drawings, and all the parts were fully machined to size with proper bevels. Length: 12', beam 4' 5" 1957 Chris-Craft Boat Kit Catalogue- 12- ft. meteor Fresh! New! Different! The Meteor is Flite-Speed styled from its long deck and simulated air scoop forward, to speed-line coamings and tail fins aft. Seats two, plus room for extra sports seat. Self-draining motor well. Storage space beneath aft deck. Husky transom for engines to 20 hp, speeds to 30 mph. Length- 11'4', Beam 54", Depth- 25", Weight 235 lbs
