Description

Outboard engine, Neptune 10A4. Date from Bill Loveland 1-2-06. Four horsepower Neptune from 1940. Medium-sized opposed twin, chromed cast iron. "Choker" on the carburetor is a cylinder that twists to obscure screened vents. Fuel filter mounted directly on carburetor. Rope-start, cooling water discharged through exhaust. Turns over with good compression.
