Elto O/B, off Mullins dinghy. Date from Bill Loveland 1-2-06. 237 was boats old number, as we had boat, took engine off and deacced boat. Evinrude Elto Pal 4266-02509 Small horizontally-firing single cylinder. Richness adjustment, no throttle evident. Rope start. Water intake and discharge underwater, turns over well.
