Description

Outboard engine, Evinrude Lightwin 4020 Evinrude Lightwin 88.009.001 This off-set opposed twin has Outboard Motors Corporation cast on the starting wheel, and an Evinrude decal on the gas tank, dating it to sometime after 1929 when OMC was created. It has a cast aluminum pad protruding from the front to allow it to be set down on its front. The spark advance is under the starting wheel, and turning advances an oval-shaped peice which pushes on the throttle linkage to adjust the gas. The spark advance has been wired to a screw in the starting wheel, making this engine impossible to start, this for display? It also has red LEDs hot-glued to various parts.
