Boylston Ave
Chestnut Hill,
Boston, Mass.
Dear Mrs. Spaulding:-
We have been wondering whether you are coming to the islands this summer and if you would be interested in a boat something on the type we talked of last summer.
We have a boat now for sale which we think would meet your requirements and satisfaction in a first class manner. This boat has been used very little and has always had the very best of care so it is in excellent condition. This boat is 32 ft. 9 in. in length and 9 ft. beam or width with sleeping accommodations for four people or it can be used just as a day cruiser.
Attached you will find blue print showing the layout of this boat to-gether with photographs of the boat. The motor is a Buda 100 h. p. and in perfect condition mechanically.
Kindly let us know if you are interested in this boat and we would like to have you return the blue print, and we will submit a price which will be very low.
Very truly yours,
Fitzgerald & Lee, Inc.

Thank yo for remembering me and writing about a most comfortable looking boat. It's [???] in order only much larger 69 feet - with double cabins and five single ones besides deck house, dining salon and galley. So I would not want another boat besides I do not expect to come to Alexandria Bay this yera.
Yours truly
Mrs E.W. (Lucie) C. Spaulding
