Dear Sir;
I am in receipt of your letter of Feb. 13th. in regards to Mr. Danis taking over the loan on this property.
As yet I have not heard from the lawyer in Syracuse about this matter and I would appreciate you doing all you can to speed this matter up. Mrs. Brown is in bad need of this money and all help you can render would be deeply appreciated.
Thanking you in advance, I beg to remain,
Very truly yours,
Ben H. Berry

The Fitzgerald & Lee collection was discovered in 2014, in the attic space of what used to be the Fitzgerald & Lee business offices. The collection was donated to the Alexandria Township Historical Society. Fitzgerald & Lee were prominent boat builders of the area from 1920-1942, building custom boats and selling Gar Wood boats. The museum holds several Fitzgerald & Lee built boats in its permanent collection.Collection
