Gentlemen:
On September 28th last, you wrote to me, stating that the party who was to take the mortgage on the property which you were purchasing from Mrs. Brown was to be back in a day or two, after which you would be in a position to close the matter. Since that letter, I have had no word from you.
Will you kindly inform me promptly as to when you now expect to close the matter?
Very truly yours,
William W. Kelley
ME.Context
The Fitzgerald & Lee collection was discovered in 2014, in the attic space of what used to be the Fitzgerald & Lee business offices. The collection was donated to the Alexandria Township Historical Society. Fitzgerald & Lee were prominent boat builders of the area from 1920-1942, building custom boats and selling Gar Wood boats. The museum holds several Fitzgerald & Lee built boats in its permanent collection.Collection
