Dear Sirs:
Your letter received and also bill for storage. I find in looking up my receipted bill that (I had paid you Aug 5,1935 up until Sept 1st 1935. You will no doubt find this on your books. Will be glad to settle when you send me a corrected bill. As to the selling of our boat. Times are very much better than last year and I will not take less than my price $2000. Also I do not want, under any consideration the boat to be used in any way unless a purchaser is interested in buying as I hold you of course responsible for my property. Hoping to hear from you soon as after the 22nd of July I, I am leaving for the summer, you can however write to my son Charles C/o Alms & Doepke Co until I return Sep 1st if necessary. Thanking you, I remain sincerely
