Letter to Fitzgerald & Lee, Inc. from F. J. Hillwig Transcription: 65 Lakeview Parkway Lockport, New York Fitzgerald And Lee Alexander Bay, N.Y, Attention Mr. J.B. Fitzgerald Gentlemen: The writer called on you last September in regard to a utility boat to be used at Clayton this year. At that time, you showed us a utility boat which I think was a Chris Craft that belonged to a doctor that you thought would be turned in, in trade. Kindly advise if anything has developed in this line as I am still in the market for this type of boat, as I have purchased the Zimmerman cottage down along the river at Clayton. Awaiting your reply, I remain Yours very truly F.J. Hillwig [handwritten note] This boat you saw here was a Gar Wood. Expect to have one in trade before long. Will advise you definitely after the New York Show. Will be no question that we will have something [?].
