[Letterhead: Francis J. O'Brien, M.D., 1060 Lake Avenue, Rochester, New York]
I often thought about painting that floor as linoleum would have to be cut out for the engine hatch but never did it. One year I had an oriental rug there but it used to get soaked in the rain.
You must remember about the toilet or your memory is getting weak.
I also have (or had) a piece of heavy Kodapac for the window in the back curtain which i put in with threads to avoid rolling. It cracks every winter whatever I had sewn in there. I think the Kodapac is in the cottage.
Hoping this finds you all well. I will see you in a month.
Yours
Francis J. O'Brien
