Dear Mr. Fitzgerald etc.
replying to your inquiry of Nov 8 Mr. Robersons Cruiser or the Margaret II is for sale price $7500.00 and you may list her if you wish. You undoubtedly know the Margaret II is pulled out in the Peacock Yacht house, and Mr. Fred Knight has the keys.
We have had several inquiries but do not expect to sell this fall as it is so late.
This Cruiser is in very good condition and has been run very little, we expect to put her in the water and fit her out and possibly refinish her exterior as soon as spring comes.
Thanking you for your inquiry,
Yours very truly
