Fitzgerald and Lee,
Dear Sirs,
I have decided to buy the motor boat that I looked at yesterday at your shop, the black one, 18 1/2 ft. along with the Universal four cylinder engine. I understand that you will sell this for $200 plus my Gray one-cylinder engine used two seasons. Also that you will store the boat without extra charges and turned it over to me in the spring in good running condition. I therefor enclose a check for $200 and would like a receipt stating the terms of sale as above.
I am to be out of town the first half of October but on my return

I can arrange to meet your men in Morristown and deliver the engine whenever convenient for them.
Very sincerely,
(Miss) Mary K. HasbrouckCollection
