Fitzgerald & Lee

Gentlemen:
Last summer I wrote you concerning the motorboat "Simplex" which I asked you to try to sell for me. The boat is layed up in Burtch's Boat Works in the Upper Bay.
I still wish to sell the boat and would like for you to sell the boat and would like for you to be on the lookout for any perspective purchasers. Now that summer is approaching I thought it might be a good time to try and sell it. Have you any suggestions to make?
Yours very truly,
Peter H. Hayden
