Letter to Fitzgerald & Lee, Inc. from Robert E. Pratt Transcription: [Letterhead: Bob's Hotel and Fishing Camp, Robert E. Pratt, Mgr., Henderson Harbor, N.Y.] Johnson City New York RD 1 Dec 22, 1937 Richardson Boat Co Inc North Tonawanda N.Y. Dear Sir, I own and operate a fishing camp at Henderson Harbor N.Y. and am very much interested in your boats for fishing purposes and to replace our open type boats that we are now using. The type boat that seems the best fitted for our purpose is something on the plan of the 25-2 day boat or commuter that I understand you have discontinues this model. What I need most is a boat with plenty of cockpit and enough cabin to shelter at least six or eight persons and equipped with toilet and portable stove. We have two of your 32 foot cruisers at the Harbor one owned by Eric Will and on by John Marcellus both of Syracuse and they are very well liked wherever seen. I would like very much to get the agency for these boats in that district and I know I page 2 could do you some good as well as myself. We have between eight hundred and a thousand regular customers for fishing besides the transients that come through. If we could get together I would have to have at least two of these boats to start with so if you will please send me at once all the information and literature that you have and what the possibility of obtaining of the agency, I would appreciate some very very much, and everything will be held in utmost confidence. It is very important that I hear from you at once as there is very little time until our Lake Trout fishing starts. I am staying here in Johnson City until after New Years and will receive my mail here until that time. Thanking you for an early reply, I am, Yours Truly, Rob't E Pratt RD 1, Johnson City N,Y,
