Letter to Fitzgerald & Lee, Inc. from W. H. Shortell Transcription: [Letterhead: The Thousand Island Navigation Company Limited, Gananoque, Canada; Clayton, NY] May 25, 1932 Fitzgerald & Lee, Inc. Alexandria Bay, N.Y. Dear Mr. Fitzgerald: Mr. Fuller, the U.S, Consul at Kingston informed me yesterday afternoon that he is looking for a sail-boat or outboard motor boat with a small cabin, large enough for 2 people to sleep in-he wants to be able to stay out overnight in it - to cost about $599-600.00. I told him you would write him at once and he would page 2 be able to give you full details. It has been in touch with Geo. Mercer but I told him you could fix him up better than Mercer. I told him to let me know if he wanted to go down and you could pick him up at Rockport or Gan. So let me know what he has to say. I will be in Gananoque all the time commencing May 26th Yours truly, W H Shortell
