Mr. W. J. Hickey,
We have the new hatch or engine cover completed for your cruiser.
For a floor covering on this we recommend the maroon corrugated rubber matting, a sample of which is enclosed. Before we go ahead with this, we would like your advice concerning it and would like to knw if this will meet with your approval.
We have ordered the lavatory and as soon as it arrives will get it installed.
Very truly yours,
Fitzgerald & Lee, Inc.

Dear Mr. Fitzgerald,
In my opinion, it would be much better to use carpet to match that already in the clubhouse for the new batch. would you prefer that you use this instead of the rubber.
Yours truly
W.J.Hickey
Of course the carpet can be fastened down all around.
