Fitzgerald & Lee
Alex. Bay New York
Sirs:
I am enclosing check for your statement of March 26/35. Regarding the insurance on the W.H.L. I think this is a matter for you to decide as the boat will not belong to me until I see it and accept it, if, when, etc. I expect to arrive April 8th. I trust you have taken into consideration the possibility of water leakage into and on top of the motor. Placed so far back in the stern there will be plenty of spray and wash besides rain so it will be necessary to have tight hatch covers. I am anxious to see the boat and look forward to coming up.
\Yours truly,
W.H. Linkroum
