Scope and Content

Letter to Fitzgerald & Lee, Inc. from William H. Linkroum Transcription: [Letter head, Kenilworth Lodge, Sebring Florida] Jan. 24/37 Dear Mr. Fitzgerald: I have your very interesting letter and it pleases me to know business looks so promising. I have decided not to install the new motor in the W.H.L. My hospital expenses were very high and on top of it I have just learned what my 1936 income taxes are. At the present rate of increase in taxes it will not belong before the Government will have it all. As long as you have plenty of work ahead I think I will wait or drop it altogether. I am feeling very well thanks, and sincerely hope it is permanent. Best to all, Yours truly, W.H. Linkraum
