Friend Bernard:
I am very glad the boat is sold and that you have your money and I think you have been very fine about the whole thing. I will pay you what I owe you for your trouble when I come back. I have been trying to figure to cover the fishing boat. Would you be willing for me to give you a bill of sale for it that is no money exchanged. I am sure I have a buyer for it but the sale would have to go through you. I would

like to have this done before I come back as I don't want to have a paper served on me restraining me from selling it. If you are willing to do this will you phone Gar to get the number and have the papers sent to me to sign. If you feel I am asking too much of you say so and there will be no hard feelings. Mr Basset is out today for the first time in over six weeks, he has been in his apt on a drunk. I am sure you would not have put up with things down here, but it has been a good thing for us, even though it has been very unpleasant. Cammie has a very fine position and is going to stay down

here. She is back to normal now & looking very good. That at least we have done so we feel the trip has been worthwhile, thanks to you,
With kindest regards to Mrs Fitz and your self
Sincerely
Laura Cameron
