Dear Sir
We are wondering if you will be at your farm this summer and whether you will want your boat or not. If you intend useing her anyime in the near future, she should be put in the water to take up, being out so long she has dried out.
Should you decide to come, kindly advise us and we will have her ready for you anytime you say.
Very truly youyrs,
Fitzgerald & Lee, Inc.

Gentlemen:
I thank you for your interest. We are very undecided if we are coming up or not. Somoe matters here must be settled first. Will give you notice. In meantime, look over the boat and tell me how it is and what it may need. Also send your bill for storage & care for the winter. Also have your same insurance agent send bill for fire insurance. I appreciate your thoughtfulness Sincerely, WL DoepkeCollection
