One lot of two interior wood, elaborate window valances. Now disassembled but includes two nearly complete components matching 1988.26.16. Some missing parts and may include extra parts. Central arch-shaped pediment with rosette and half-turned drops, flanked on each side with angular fret cut pediments with incised scroll ornaments, below which are compound contour moldings with gilt trim and frieze panel. Has series of applied ornaments, below which are half-turned drops mounted on symmetrically carved backing board. Made of hardwood, Varnished.
