Historic plaster ceiling medallion. Detached centerpiece with rope motif. Originally medallion had four segments to compose circular medallion - now has one segment and multiple fragments. Floral / leaf / ribbon motif. Outer perimeter has appendages with alternating scallop and scroll. Original paint covered over with beige colored paint.
