Historic plaster, Five semi-circular segments from ceiling medallion surround. Two segments are broken. Repeating alternating appendages around perimeter. Stylized floral / botanical motif. One segment covered with later latex rubber. Some segments stripped. Some segments with layers of paint. One segment found and added to storage October 2013. Detail: Each segment length: 14.75.
