Description

Historic plaster circular ceiling medallion. Center piece missing. Has central hole. Stylized leaf or petal motif with repeating rosettes. Perimeter has series of repeating appendages with floral bud motif. Stripped of paint. Broken, but nearly complete. Reverse has incised score marks. Same pattern as 1988.14.382. Inscriptions or Markings: Manufacturer: Place of Manufacture: Design motif: Botanical. Style: Finish: Stripped. Crated, February 2011.
