Description

Historic plaster circular ceiling medallion. (Broken). Nearly complete. Has fluting, geometric scrolls, stylized Botanical motif. Partially stripped. Has series of alternating rosettes with detached multi-piece surround, alternating appendeges with stylized leaf scroll and diamond shape motif. Some parts of surround stripped. Some with green paint over multiple layers of paint. Inscriptions or Markings: Manufacturer: Place of Manufacture: Design motif: Style: Finish: Painted.
