Iron Railing section. Two horizontal rails with series of vertical bars. Alternating twisted and straight. Central scrolled Ornament attached with collars. Bars attached to rails with bolts. One end of top rail is forged and has hole for mounting. Opposite end is truncated. Remnants of black paint. See 1988.12.43.1.
